Scope and delivery
Scope, outputs, price and currency, applicable taxes and fees, timing, acceptance, support and intellectual property rights must be agreed in the individual project proposal and contract.
Payment
Current project payments are agreed and made manually. The agreement and receipt must identify the amount, currency, recipient and reference. Public website forms do not request card credentials.
Cancellation and refunds
Send your project identifier and payment receipt to erfan.bonyani55@gmail.com or the contact form to request cancellation or a refund. The response depends on work delivered, the written agreement and mandatory consumer rights. Advance payments are not declared universally non-refundable. Refund amount and method must be documented; mandatory rights cannot be excluded by contract.
Applicable rights
For qualifying distance consumer transactions in Iran, the general withdrawal period is at least seven working days; start dates and service exceptions depend on applicable law. Custom development is not a blanket exemption. European consumer contracts require a separate country-specific review before they are offered.
Content and disputes
You must have rights to submitted materials. Deliverable rights and third-party licences follow the contract. Unlawful use and security interference are prohibited. Complaints can be submitted through the contact form; mandatory legal remedies remain available.
Card transfers and receipt review
After an agreed IRR invoice, an administrator specifies the amount, destination card and due date for each stage. Upload a receipt image below one megabyte in your account. Submission is not payment confirmation: an administrator checks the actual bank statement and records approval or rejection. Refund terms and mandatory rights remain applicable.
